I just love this card... so simple and elegant. The Designer Series Paper is called Splendid Day by Stampin Up®. The DSP is retired but this card layout could be used with any combination of cardstock and paper. This is just one of the beautiful cards being offered at my October stamp classes.

Thick Basic White: 4 1/4 x 11, scrap for leaves
Petal Pink 2 3/4 x 4 1/4, scrap for leaves
Designer Series Paper: 2 1/4 x 4 OR 3 pieces of 3/4 x 4
