This is one of my favorite cards. I used the baby wipe technique with the Stampin Up® re-inkers to create the multicolored turtle.... This is just one of the cards we will be creating at my May card classes.

Thick Basic White: 4 1/4 x 11, 3 7/8 x 5 1/8 (top mat), 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 (turtle and starfish), 3/4 x 2 1/2 (sentiment)
Tahitian Tide: 4 1/8 x 5 3/8, 7/8 x 2 5/8
