This summer fun card is so cute and surely would brighten someone's day. I used the Sunny Splash stamp set by Stampin Up®. I stamped each of the suits in classic inks then used Water Colored Pencils on top to create a shading effect. I also used a colorless blending pencil to smooth out the pencil. This technique really made the suits pop off the page.
MEASUREMENTS
Thick Basic White: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, 4 1/8 x 5 3/8
Parakeet Party: 1 3/4 x 3 3/4 (Sending bottom layer)
Melon Mambo: 1 3/4 x 3 3/4 (Sending top layer)
Basic Black: scrap for sunglasses on inside card
